BONDURANT, Iowa - The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has proposed a new lifetime trout fishing license for residents ages 65 and older.
Chief of Fisheries at the Iowa DNR Joe Larscheid told KXCV/KRNW that they are now accepting comments for the cost of the license.
