MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway Chorale has announced the recipient of the 2024 Scholarship Award.

According to a press release, graduating senior from Maryville R-II School District, Ivy Goldsmith, has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to music, service, and community.

Goldsmith's journey with music began at the age of three, and her musical prowess shines through her impressive resume.

It includes prestigious honors like being a member of the NWMSU Four State Honor Choir in 2024 and performing with Maryville High School's Spectrum Show Choir and Concert Choir for two years.

Goldsmith's involvement extends beyond school walls, with roles in musical theater productions such as "The Little Mermaid" and "The Lion King, Jr."

The Nodaway Chorale Scholarship Award will be presented to Goldsmith at the Spring Concert on April 28, at the Schneider Performing Arts Center, Maryville High School.
