Brownville Concert Series to present special cabaret

BROWNVILLE, Neb. - The Brownville Concert Series is back again this weekend with Shana Farr in "Whistling Away the Dark: The Julie Andrews Songbook."

Award-winning songstress Farr will take center stage, bringing her own unique voice and interpretations to these beloved songs.

The special cabaret event happens this Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., and this Sunday, at 2 p.m.

Farr is a classically trained actress and singer with an impressive resume that includes performances at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and London's Crazy Coqs.

Her portrayal of leading roles in musical theater and operettas has garnered widespread acclaim, making her a standout talent in the industry.
