MoDOT hosting public hearing on upcoming construction

EAGLEVILLE, Mo. - Harrison County residents and others are invited to attend a public meeting hosted by the Missouri Department of Transportation regarding a bridge deck replacement project.

The project focuses on the Route N bridge over I-35 near Eagleville. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 14 at the Eagleville Event Center from 4 to 6 p.m.

Attendees can drop in at any time during these hours to discuss the project, share thoughts, and voice concerns about the design and detour plans.

In addition to the Route N bridge, the project also includes a bridge deck replacement on the Daviess County Route 6 bridge over I-35 near Winston.

A second public meeting will be held in Gallatin on May 21 at the Gallatin High School library. Engineers from MoDOT will be available to address questions about these projects and other planned Statewide Transportation Improvement Program projects in the area.
