RAVENWOOD, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a horse and buggy driver was injured in an accident in Gentry County.
The Patrol says 45-year-old Cody Adwell of Ravenwood was driving a 2011 Chevy Traverse on Route O, about five miles east of Ravenwood.
At 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, the SUV rear-ended a horse and buggy, driven by 21-year-old Freeman Miller of Ravenwood. Miller, who was ejected from the horse and buggy, was taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph with serious injuries.
