Rolling Hills Library to giveaway Halloween costumes to those in need

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Belt Branch of Rolling Hills Library is once again giving away Halloween costumes to children in need through "Uncle Fester’s Costume Closet."

The giveaway will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, and all day Sunday, October 20, and Monday, October 21, while supplies last.

Families can choose from a selection of gently used and new costumes, and kids must be accompanied by an adult to browse. The library is also accepting donations of costumes, especially in larger sizes, to help meet demand.
