Applications open for Nodaway Chorale scholarship

MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway Chorale has announced that applications are now open for its 2025 Scholarship Award.

The $1,000 scholarship is available to high school seniors in all school districts within Nodaway County, offering financial assistance to students with a passion for vocal music as they pursue higher education.

The scholarship aims to inspire and support students committed to choral music, reflecting the Chorale’s dedication to promoting the value of vocal performance.

While recipients are not required to pursue music in their future educational plans, they must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to vocal music in their application.

Students can access the forms online at the Nodaway Chorale’s website at nodawaychorale.org, or by emailing [email protected]. The deadline to apply is March 1 with the scholarship being awarded later in the spring.
