MALVERN, Iowa - A boil advisory is in effect for some Malvern residents through January 6th following water shutoffs for repairs.
City officials announced Thursday that water service was disrupted for residents between 2nd and 7th Avenues and West 2nd Street to the city limits due to complications while fixing a leaking water main.
The boil advisory will remain in place until bacterial testing confirms the water is safe to drink.
