Heart & Sole Health and Fitness Fair returns

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Mosaic Medical Center - Maryville and Northwest Missouri State University are teaming up to host the Heart & Sole Health & Fitness Fair on Saturday, February 1, at the Carl and Cheryl Hughes Fieldhouse.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to noon, offering a chance to get active, and promote well-being.

The fair will feature local well-being experts, inspirational heart health stories, and fitness activities like yoga and Sweat, Strength, and Stretch Fusion for all ages.

Participants can also join the nationally recognized Walk With a Doc program to connect with healthcare professionals. The first 100 attendees who fast for 10-12 hours can receive free cholesterol testing.

Mosaic caregivers will also offer vital sign checks and respiratory function tests, while the Northwest Health Science team provides additional screenings.
