MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Maryville City Council approved a plan to replace two pedestrian bridges at Judah Park. The bridges, originally built in the 1970s, will be replaced by C & C Bridge and Concrete for over $223,000.
Before the vote, City Councilman Tye Parson expressed his disasssifaction that the council had no input on the bridge.
The plan was approved four-to-one, with Parson being the lone dissenting vote. The bridges are being replaced to meet modern ADA and safety standards.
